We opened our doors in Mississauga in 2022. Our goal was simple: to share the bold, honest spices of India and Nepal with our neighborhood.
Every dish we serve is rooted in tradition but made for today. We use the same spices and techniques passed down through generations, bringing a piece of the Himalayas to your table.

Meet the Owner
Rajesh Pandey
Rajesh has spent more than 20 years in kitchens around the world, building a reputation for authentic flavors and warm hospitality. His journey as a chef took him from Dubai to renowned hotels in Canada, including the Radisson.
Driven by a love for Himalayan and South Asian cuisine, he founded RestroServe & Grill here in Mississauga, along with other successful spots like Hakka N’ Jerk and Gorkha Palace in Toronto.
For Rajesh, it’s always about the people and the food. Through his work, he continues to bring real Nepali and fusion flavors to the GTA, serving dishes that celebrate spice, culture, and community.
